Our sessions are designed to be Intimate classes at Daily Dose allowing you to purely focus on your practice. This allows our instructors to provide personalized attention, ensuring that each client receives guidance tailored to their individual needs.
This setting fosters a sense of community and comfort, allowing participants to connect more meaningfully with both the instructor and fellow participants.
All skill levels are always welcome. Modifications provided.
COMPLIMENTARY MATS
We provide complimentary yoga mats for all yoga sessions – however feel free to bring your own if you'd like
LATE ARRIVAL
You may not enter the class if you are more than 10 minutes late. This ensures minimal disruption to the flow of the session.
COMPLIMENTARY COLD PLUNGE SESSIONS
All of our classes include complimentary cold plunge sessions!
Since the cold plunge involves full-body immersion, your outfit is completely up to you—we recommend workout clothing or a swimsuit. We strongly suggest bringing a change of clothes so you can stay dry and comfortable for the rest of the evening. Towels & wet-bags are provided.
PARKING
Our parking lot is located off Peden Street, right behind Daily Dose. If you decide to park in the neighborhood or at the Kroger parking lot, please be sure to check the street signs beforehand to confirm that parking is permitted.

mat pilates
define & scuplt | 45 MINUTES
This is not your traditional Mat Pilates class. Definition & Sculpt takes classic Pilates foundations and turns up the intensity with a stronger focus on muscle endurance, sculpting, and dynamic core work.
Expect a high-energy, low-impact session designed to define muscles, increase core strength, and build full-body tone—all using just your bodyweight (and maybe a few small props). With precise, controlled movements and minimal rest between sets, you'll feel the burn and see the results.

MAT PILATES

This practice is perfect for those seeking to improve their posture, balance, and overall physical condition.

VIN-YIN YOGA
Vinyasa and yin | 60 MIUNTES
In a Vin-Yin session, you will start with Vinyasa yoga, engaging in a sequence of flowing movements that synchronize with your breath. This energetic portion warms up the body, builds strength, and increases vitality. The Vinyasa flow typically lasts for the first half of the class, invigorating both your body and mind. The second half of the class transitions into Yin yoga, where you are gently guided into deeper poses held for extended periods. This part of the practice targets the deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility and releasing tension. The extended holds encourage relaxation and mindfulness, encouraging a deeper connection with your inner self.
